Show Synopsis

“Listen to your mom; you are in the village”

The joy of reunion and the emotions of being away from the village for many years overwhelm Sophie. To welcome their daughter, Sophie’s family organizes a reception ceremony. After the festivities, tired from the activities and heat in her house, Sophie decides to spend the night outside, under the moonlight. Her mother disagrees with her idea, but in life, it’s not easy for a child who has spent her life in the city to understand the meaning of such a request.

…Sophie falls into a deep sleep and a dark, powerful being commonly known in Africa as a “Sorcerer,” comes to harm her during the night.
